Who Can Access Your Data
Your genetic data is private by default. Here's who can and cannot access it:
You
Full access to all your data, results, and downloads through your secure account.
Our Analysis Systems
Automated systems process your VCF file for analysis. Human access is limited and logged.
Healthcare Providers
Only if you explicitly share reports or grant access. We never share without your consent.
Our Privacy Commitments

- • We never share identifiable data with employers or insurers
- • We use your data only to provide and improve our services
- • Research use (if any) is anonymized and opt-in only
Downloading Your Data
You have the right to download all your data at any time. Available downloads include:
VCF File
Your raw genomic data in standard VCF format. Can be used with other genetic services.
Results Report (PDF)
A comprehensive PDF summary of your results, suitable for sharing with healthcare providers.
Variant List (CSV)
Spreadsheet of all classified variants with their details and classifications.
Account Data Export
Full export of all data associated with your account (GDPR-aligned).

Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. When you delete:
- •Your VCF file and all genomic data is permanently deleted
- •Your account and login credentials are removed
- •Any active subscriptions are cancelled
- •This action cannot be undone
Before deleting: We recommend downloading your VCF file and reports first. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
To delete your account: Dashboard → Settings → Account → Delete Account
